What Is a Staff Member?
A staff member is the person who provides the service. The stylist, the consultant, the therapist, the trainer.
Each staff member has:
- Name - Displayed on the booking page
- Title - "Senior Stylist", "Lead Consultant" - shown below the name
- Photo - Optional. Makes the booking page feel personal
- Services - Which services this person provides
Adding Staff
From the business dashboard, go to Staff → New Staff Member.
A staff member needs availability configured before they appear on the booking page. Creating the staff member alone is not enough.
"Any Available" Option
The booking page always shows an "Any available" option alongside individual staff members. When a customer selects this, VoxelBooking assigns the first available staff member who provides the selected service.
This is useful for customers who don't have a preference and just want the earliest available time.
