Brand Settings

Each business has branding settings that control the look of their public booking page:

Logo

Upload a logo image (PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP). Displayed on the booking page header. Images are auto-resized to max 400×400px.

Brand Color

The primary accent color used throughout the booking page for buttons, links, and highlights. VoxelBooking auto-calculates the correct text color (light or dark) for readable contrast based on luminance.

No combination of business settings can produce an ugly or inaccessible page. Typography is locked, layout is non-breakable, and contrast is auto-corrected.

Cover Image

An optional header or background image for the booking page.

Heading & Description

Customize the text shown at the top of the booking page. Use it to welcome customers or describe the service.

Footer Branding

Each business has a toggle to show or hide the "Powered by" attribution in the booking page footer. When enabled (the default), the footer displays a link to the configured brand URL with the application name. When disabled, the footer is hidden entirely.

The link text and URL are set globally by the operator in Settings → General via the "Application name" and "Brand URL" fields.

Embed Widget

Generate an embed script to place the booking widget on any external website:

The widget inherits the business's branding and matches the booking page appearance.
