Business Applications.
How operators review and manage business access requests. Approving and rejecting applications from the admin panel.
Overview
When Applications Mode is enabled, businesses can submit access requests through the public homepage. These requests appear in the admin panel at Applications for operator review.
Accessing Applications
Navigate to Applications in the admin sidebar. This link appears when Applications Mode is enabled in Settings → General. A badge shows the number of pending requests.
Status Tabs
The applications page has four tabs:
- Pending - New requests awaiting review (default view)
- Approved - Requests the operator has approved
- Rejected - Requests the operator has declined
- All - Every request regardless of status
Reviewing an Application
Each application shows:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Website (if provided)
- Message (if provided)
- Submission date
Approving or Rejecting
Use the Approve or Reject buttons on each application row.
- Approval changes the status to
approvedand records who approved it and when - Rejection changes the status to
rejectedand supports optional admin notes - Both actions create an entry in the Audit Log
::alert{type="info"} Approving an application does not automatically create a business/tenant. The operator must manually create the business via Businesses → New Business using the standard creation flow. ::
Completed Status
Once reviewed (approved or rejected), an application cannot be reviewed again. The review time record and reviewer are permanently recorded.
