Services.
Create and manage services. Name, duration, price, staff assignment, and buffer time configuration.
What Is a Service?
A service is what customers book. "Haircut", "Color Treatment", "30-Minute Consultation", "Personal Training Session".
Each service defines:
- Name - Displayed on the booking page
- Duration - How long the appointment takes (in minutes)
- Price - Displayed on the booking page. Optional - leave blank if you don't show prices
- Description - A short explanation of what the service includes
- Staff members - Which staff can provide this service
Creating a Service
From the business dashboard, go to Services → New Service.
Fill in the details and assign at least one staff member. The service won't appear on the booking page until it has at least one staff member with availability configured.
Buffer Time
Buffer time adds transition minutes after each appointment. A 30-minute service with 15 minutes buffer occupies 45 minutes in the schedule, but the customer only sees "30 minutes".
Use buffer time for:
- Cleanup between clients
- Travel time between locations
- Preparation for the next appointment
Staff Assignment
Each service is linked to specific staff members. When a customer selects a service, they see only staff members who provide it.
If a hair salon has three stylists but only two do color treatments, only those two appear when a customer selects "Color Treatment".
